General terms and conditions of MCBILL §1 Application to entrepreneurs and conceptual definitions (1) The following general business conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of order. Consumer is every natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes who, mostly, cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB). §2 Case of a contract, storage of the contract text (1) The following regulations on the conclusion of the contract apply to orders via our internet shop http://www.mcbill.co. You can view your past orders in our customer area under my account-> my orders. §3 prices, shipping costs, payment, due date (1) The prices given contain the statutory sales tax and other price components.
